I was called twice by "Microsoft" telling me my computer was infected by malware and that they would help me remove it. The first time I was busy so they called again in hr afternoon and I fell for it hook, line and sinker! Not onl did they tie me up for 2 hours but my computer desktop was not returned to me in the condition it was before threy started. Icons were lost, some have appeared and I have no idea what they are for and then poof the technician was unavailable.
