But they have now taken £84.71 out of my bank. When I rsng thrm they said it wad a trail were I had to return it within 14 days,
This wasn't stated anywere. How do I get my money back?

Total scam, I have also been caught with this, you need to contact your bank immediately and tell them to stop any further payments going out of your account.
