- I have the exact same grievance with the company for the exact same product, only difference is I'm based in the UK and it is for a sum of £26.99. Found company on Amazon Marketplace and paid via secured by Mastercard. instant-points.net

- Lots of other UK customers got scammed. You can report them here: www.actionfraud.police.uk (It's a UK government website - I've just reported them myself!) The more of us report them, the better the chances that they'll get caught or at least shut down. Launch a complaint through Amazon as well - I'm sure they'll be able to get you your money back for you. I'm trying to get my money back through my credit card company.

- Yeah I've launched a claim through my bank so hopefully going to get reimbursed. The annoying thing is I now have to cancel my card as well due to entering all details on the site including the 3 digits on the back :(. I will report via that link to the police as well.

Well I have been busy, I contacted the company geotrust, to make them aware, they are using their name, to make theirselves look like an legit website.
They have confirmed, they purchased an ssl certificate from them, and have now suspended their account, (they purchased this via a third party agent).
I have also contacted, their webhost, [email protected] .
Speaking to the very helpful rep at geotrust, (they are not happy having their name used), the best way to take down these people, is to make it expensive for them.
Make their sites get shut down, all of you send an email to the webhost, and they will suspend their account.
Simply mail them, its 2 mins, but hell for them if it gets shutdown.

- Looks like you may well have been successful. No sign of them on Google and cannot send e-mails to them.

- Yeah, well done, they've been removed! Now we just have to get our money back. Your credit card company should be able to do that for you - although mine (MBNA) told me I have to wait 15 days before they can do anything, even though I contacted them while the payment was still pending. They didn't think my card details have been compromised as the fraudsters used official payment channels, so they wouldn't have access to sensitive information. The worst they can do is sell your email address, I guess. I will make sure from now on to use trusted sites. Saving a couple of pounds is just not worth the hassle.
