went into sears today because of a sale they where having on a wrench set and to buy a truck tool box, was not familar with this sears, located the wrench set asked a sales associate in tools were the automotive sectiuon was and proceded to automotive was stopped by lost pervention aressted and now have a court date set for the 3rd of june, now i feel the sales associate should have informed me that i could not pay for the wrench set at the automotive section of the store were as i was holding it in plain site with no signs telliung me other wise lost pervention even con firmed me asking the sales associate of how to get to automotive and that i was looking for truck tool boxes, i had no criminal record n ow this will affect my being able to get jobs for people that do back ground checks, not sure where to go from here. contact info for me is Chris (Personal Information Removed)phone (Personal Information Removed)thanks
