They deducted $99 to my credit card w/out my knowledge and consent. They then said we consumers agreed when we click "proceed" when we are buying their deals. Apparently, they stated there but it was just merely one small sentence there. No receipts and no choice was given! How can we have not subscribed to0 their stupid premium because "Proceed" was the only option to buy their deals?! It's ridiculous and I'm not the only one facing this prob. Some people had unsubscribed but the following month, they incurred the same charges again. Their customer hotline is fake. No one ever picks up the phone. Been trying to call for 2-3 days now. At all sorts of timing. But nothing. Sent them email and all, no reply.
