I hired Sanctuary Capital Group to help me with a loan modification on my house. They collected up front money, which in October 27,2010 the federal government passed a law stating that a loan mod company cannot collect up front money for a loan mod until they get the loan mod. Sanctuary Capital Group who is ran by Judi white lied to me and stated for months the bank had all documents needed, then told me they messed up and was misinformed and now need additonal documents, after losing a couple months, I realized something was fishy here and wnt online to find out the company is a rip off. As a matter of fact I think they fabricated alot of the positive feedback on the computer, but they have complaints with the BBB and Ripoff.com. They charged me $3000.00 and did nothing. My mortgage account number with Bank Of America is 30041439 and that is the documentation I have and they agreed to work on. When Judi White realized they messed up and could be in trouble they immediately started a loan mod process for my HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit)which is a different account number. Their scam has jepordized my house and now I want a refund to hire another company that is not a ripoff. Judi White tried to pull a fast one on me by bypassing the main mortgage and going for the HELOC which clearly even if I get a loan mod on the HELOC I could still lose my home. Complete scam. After talking to Judi White who refuses to refund my money she states that she met her obligation by getting me a trial period payment plan on my HELOC. That isnt even a loan mod. This company is out to mis lead and confuse people for their money. This company and Judu white needs to be exposed to their scams so other people dont get scammed. She took advantage of me and clearly violated federal law. At this time I have not recieved any refund and Sancturary Capital Group has put my house into futher jeopordy of foreclosure. I want my $3000.00 back ASAP. First off in order to get a loan mod for you HELOC you must get a loan mod for your main mortgage, Judi White thinks I am stupid and pull a fast one on me. It's a shame that there are so many companies out there like Sancturary Capital Group taking advantage of people who dont know anything about loan mods or the laws. But after educating myself I do. People are nervous and they prey on that, knowing you will put your faith in them and believe anything they tell you. I want my $3000.00 back or its going to small claims court in Orange County California. I am serious, this is a serious matter, any time you get ripped of for that kind of money you cant just sit back and do nothing. If there is anything you can do to pressure them for my refund it would be greatly appreciated.
