I stupidly sent for a free trial for this product after seeing it trialed on channel 4, I was charged £69.95 when I thought it was free, all I was supposed to be charged was postage, the no I called to cancel did not exist, so I emailed them, with no reply, I have now been charged another £69.95 because I have been added to their monthly program, this time I was able to call someone only to be told that I will not be refunded as it is to late.
