As a member for almost 10 years and my wife one for over 2 years or so, I have had issues with their Personal/Master Trainers for months now and their management team has first allowed the trainer to not fulfill our 6 month PT agreement and then after complaining , harass, intimidate and humilate me in their club to no end.
