This morning about 4am, I made an order for the above fat buster but there were some errors while inputting the information.
I contacted the people to make the changes but also to cancel the wrong item and make the correction.
1. They told me that once the order was made that they could not cancel the order and that I had to wait until the order arrived and then I could return the order and I would have to pay the outrageous shipping per bottle.
I only wanted one not the 3.
Also they said that, if I returned it with the 100% Money back guarantee offer that, I would still have to pay the shipping back per bottle plus the restocking fee. Also it would be all three botles not opened!
I asked about talking to management and they gave me the 801 471 2825 number which is to a cellphone in Provo, Utah! Also the customer service again.
I asked for the corporate number and they had gave me the number above. When I asked again to talk to someone at a corporate number they complained about static in the line and struggled with that line of garbage because I changed phones and tried to contact them for the same info and they done it again and finally hung up.
I do feel being scammed by people who are not honest.
I forgot to mention that the order that they were charging me for was $31.80 x3 bottles and for one bottle it was $59.99.
I checked my make account and they charges me $99.99! I thought it should be $97.40
I have not received the product yet but I do want my money back and I want it now.

With the telephonic converstations with the two so called customer service reps of this company, it seemed as though they were from another country, working under an LLC that is not required to disclose their holdings and under estimating the intelligence and resolve of some Americans to stand up and fight for what is theirs and to be treated with respect. They stated me one price and it changed when the receipt was printed out on the email.
That's not wise and I am very suspecious of the whole transaction as well as others with problem with this company. -
