I RECEIVED MY LETTER, FROM AN ISSUING AGENCY MORGAN, PHELPS, & STERN THIS MORNING AT 10:30 AM. THAT IS WHEN I RECEIVED THE LETTER SAYING THAT I HAD WON, 2,997,500.00.THE LETTER SAID THAT I HAD TO SEND IN THE CLAIMANT FOLIO, WITH A $20.00 RELEASE FEE!I GUESS SINCE I'M NOT SENDING IN MY $20.00. I WANT GET ANY MONEY!I HAD A FEELING THAT IT WAS A SCAM!IF THEY HAD TRIED IT ANOTHER TIME, USING A DIFFERENT NAME, WHY ARE THEY ABLED TO DO THIS!THAT IS FRAUD ISN'T IT!THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW!PS. I WILL HANG ON TO THE LETTER, FOR EVIDENCE!PS. LET ME KNOW IF THIS GOES TO TRIAL, CAUSE I WANT TO PUT THEM IN PRISON WHERE THEY BELONG, CAUSE THIS IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE, AND MATTER!GRANT ASHBURY, IS THE AGENT, WHO IS TO PAY ME, HE IS THE PAYMENT AGENT!I DON'T KNOW THEIR USER NAME, OR E-MAIL ADDRESS
