    • Commission Siphon Complaint / User Submitted Image #227904

Object: Online payment transaction of a software named "Commission
Siphon".

Date Purchased: August 26, 2011

Transaction ID: U2443065501

Amount Paid: USD 997.00

Merchant: SWREG.org, Subsidiary DigitalRiver

My request for a refund was refused, with a curt email reply of:

"the product was not advertised with a refund",

3) The software package was sold with 'False scarcity tactics', upon further investigation, the "scarcity" was written into 'source sales page' dated March 2011, The aforementioned package was purchased by myself: Please note the date of purchase was obtained after March 2011.

4) It has also been found, upon further investigation, that the product was sold without an 'Earnings Disclaimer': as required by FTC Act 5. Constituting a fundamental breach.

5) The "Exclusive/One time webinar" in which the software package was sold through is also false: There are many copies of the same webinar with different dates, and different "Marketers" names as presenters of their "Very good friend Simon". All of which earnestly recommend the purchase of the software product, with statements of earnings, including the vendor/seller "Simon". No disclaimer of earnings, No 'No Refund' notice either by written or spoken word.

6) The software package was sold without 'Full disclosure': The "further expenses" incurred: Further expenses are necessary to ensure the continuance of the program. These expenses were never disclosed to the public prior to the sale, they become evident AFTER the software package is purchased. In total this constitutes "Huckster Marketing".

7)Unfortunately, the Vendor/Seller has no name, no contact address, no software licence, no written contract with myself as the purchaser. My 'second' request for a full refund has been to no avail, worse still, has not been replied to, or, indeed acknowledged.
