I actually called toshiba support they connected me to saveology stated i was lucky winner took my money from my account havent heard nothing from them cant get in touch with them have emailed several times also called at this time i am assuming they will be taking this monthly fee of 9.95 from my account again in few days ANY SUGGESTIONS??

- We haven't been able to figure out how to cancel the account. But if you call the credit card company you can stop the charges and they may have fraud options as well.
