haven't had contact with them on a financial account for over 2 years-- 1 fund down over $600 last Dec. & no contact--
got letter saying Brian will contact me & actually he never called as letter stated!! then calling Brian, he turned it over to paul & he never returned 2 calls & then was totally refused to take care of things!! that 1 fund & statement never had all dividends listed-- Fed got 1 in 2 funds-- March should has has $396 for Feb & 367 for March NO 2 were listed!! 396 listed 3/13 & was 2/13 & 367 for 3/13-- $557.16 listed vs. $925 for Feb & Mar. getting on 4/8/ which was NOT right! Another Co. listed same fund @ 2/28/ & this was 3/5/13. they have to notify fund re. date distribution! paul said "what do ya want me to do?" my $$ is NOT being taken care of!! 2 mo. NOT LISTED!! & accounted for! called today & asked for Jamie & transferred to paul with machine!! 2nd time transferred within 24 hrs!!!! this is NOT way 1 should be treated!!
