I originally called their office based on a CL ad for a rental home I wanted to view. Tony told me that I had to come into the office to get the info to view the home. He said the $190 was fully refundable if I did not like any of the homes they had available for rent. Tony then gave me the run around about viewing the one home I wanted to see. After weeks of calling their office, I was told by the office manager (Veronica) that the owner decided to re-lease home to the current tenant. After doing more research, I realized the listings Tony gave me were bogus and not even theirs. Also, the real rental price was much higher than what Tony quoted me. I have been attempting to get my refund for over 3 months. These people should not be fraudulently conducting business like this and need to be shut down immediately before more innocent people get scammed.
