I have a case # with the attorney generals office #7560118903 dated 2-23-2013. The electric co . AEP made error in my monthly bill for 12 months. They say we owe this amount in arrears. Called and spoke to Christine on 2-13-2013 to get on a payment plan. She said we could pay an extra $100.00 to $110.00 a month on top of our regular bill to pay off in 18 months. I agreed to pay $150.00 and the monthly charges. Got a bill with a cancellation notice of $396.00 on 3-21-2013. Payed on line 3-28-2013 conf# 3188127142. Got anotherbill on 3-27-2013 for $920.24. What happen to our payment plan. My husband and I are retired and cannot afford to pay over 900 dollars. I spoke to PUCO , Mike Matt Schilling he said they are now charging me a security deposit for late payments.
This is so unfair. This is their error and I have payed my bill monthly what was billed to me. It was not my error it was theirs and they are being very unreasonable. We have been a customer forever. Can you please help me with this situation.
