Ordered free sample of the prolift glow and the serum. They took £1.99 x 2 from my bank account on 25.03.13 and then on 26.03.13 they took £1.95 x 2. Today I have spoken to my bank and they have taken £84.71 x 2. I called the 24 hour support number and was told to return the product to an address in Florida. I told the person I was talking to that I live in uk and want my money back in full and address to send it to in the uk. Not only that, the product has given me a severe rash on both cheeks. The person on the help desk was very unhelpful and just quoted a reference number and that I should have cancelled order as it was only free for 14 days then they would charge for it, there is nothing on the email that I have that states that, it is gaining money under false pretences and I will be getting my back to dispute it.

- Same thing happened to me, I don't know how they are managing to get away with it.
