I received a Disbursement Advisory stating that I won the amount of $2,997,500. They asked me to send $20.00 in order to receive the check by mail within 30 days and said I had until 4/19/13 to reply. I have not replied to this letter since I saw that several other people complained on this site that they received the same letter offering the same amount of money. What are the odds of that?
