My account was overdrawn due this unauthorized debit. This greately affected my standing orders, caused me embarrassment, distress, time trying to search for the cause of the over-spending. I take this incident very seriously especially as it affected my first-time life insurance payment, and I hold you responsible until you prove otherwise. I am ready to go to lengths on this and I have already contacted my attorney on this. I need an explanation as to why my account was debited and compansation for the damages and inconvenience this has caused caused me.
