This company contacted me because we were behind on four mortgage payments. Stephen Davis advised that my husband was more than qualfied for a modification loan, but that we would have to pay $1000.00. I told him that I did not have that kind of money and he advised that I could pay it off in two payments. He also told me that my money would be refunded 100 percent if they could not get a modification approved. The phone number is 215-526-2763 and 2762. Another number is 2153039675.
