My partner has had five charges to his visa, the first on Nov 30, 2012, for $1.25. The last 2 charges on April 2nd and again April 3rd, were $49.02 and $40.04. He thought I'd made a purchase and I thought he'd bought something online. Each charge carries a different Company: supportraltd, supportnaltd, supporteml, oakrhelp and rasshelpnow. I suspect they are one in the same. We have never contacted or subscribed to any service from these 'people' nor provided any personal information to them.
