Gave $100.00 upfront for $1000 loan, has always answered his phone and email, but no funds. Can't go traditional route for this small loan. It's apparent he's a fraud. Said he would return my deposit, haven't seen that either.

My complaint has been resolved and my money had been returned to me by Kadir Shahban many years ago. Scambook.com refuses to delete my post without me paying scambook.com a hefty fee.

- His cell number of 289-345-3656, disconnected April 16th. Had an address of University Place in Windsor. Promised deposit would be back today, no such luck.

- Had one last email, asking to remove him from Scambook as he would send my deposit back on the 8th of May. Said I would report he had met his obligations once I received the money back. As could be expected,never saw the money. Have reported to his bank what he had done.
