Coffee Pure Cleanse 'Try Before YOu Buy' package, advertised online with $0.00 shown on website for 15-day Trial package of Coffee Pure Cleanse, 'No Commitments and no Hidden Fees' ..'Cancel your trial at any time, no questions asked'. I order this trial, believing it was no cost. Except for a Shipping Promo discount, leading to Total of $4.95 charge. I printed the confirmation receipt, read the fine print to find there is an automatic monthly charge of $89.99 if one does not cancel within 15 days of order (I submitted my order 2 PM EST on Sunday, business day, 14 April 2013. Customer service not available on Sunday when I called to immediately cancel. Called this AM, when the customer service Reps were open at 7AM mountain standard time. Representative told me my order was 'already shipped from warehouse. THis impossible as orders not processed until next business day, ie Monday 15 April 2013. Phone cust. service rep said i had only two ways to cancel, each involved a charged. Receive and return product for 39.99$ or cancel over phone , receive 30 day supply and keep it all for 19.95. I wanted to cancel and not have them ship me anything for 0$ as offered. At this time, I have a cancellation notice number, I don't know if i will ever receive their 30-day sample. But it appears they are charging my credit card for the $19.95 for a product that was advertised FALSELY as a free trial offer with 'No comittments and NO hidden fees'. Please warn online customers. They advertise with a figure about weight loss and add a web-TV discussion from Dr. Mehmet Oz. Deception and false use of Dr. Oz, perhaps.
