Received a letter from Australian Lottery stating we won $2,800,000.00 dollars US. When my husband called the long distance number 011447766185576 a man by the name of Phillip Groom answered stating we were the winners, but we had to mail $490.00 to 442 Dulwish SE1170Q, London, UK before we could receive our winnings, this $490.00 was a fee for processing our winning certificate. We did not send the monies or give any private details. After checking under lottery scams on the internet, this company's name is on the list. Why are they allowed to continue?
