I ordered their product because this company is very good at hooking and deceiving customers with their add misleading the consumer to think all we need to pay is $1.99. I received the package on 4-8-2013 and did not open package because I have not had time to try it. I called my bank to check on activity and I found out that Smile Pro fraudulently withdrew $92.13 without any authorization from my account. I called customer service and they told me that they could not reimburse me because it has been over trial period. In actuality it's been only less than a week since I've received it! SMILE PRO DIRECT IS A FRAUDULENT Company!!!
