i bought and paid for 2100 microsoft points 0n th 12/4/13 for £14.95, payment was verified through bank and a code was downloaded to me, on entering this code on xbox marketplace i was informed that it was invalid and had been used,i filled out a ticket on websites homepage to report the problem but have not had a reply. on 13/4/13 i was sent another download and charged £14.95 again(thinking that my first payment would be cancelled)the second code was identical to the first,i have filled in complaint after complaint but had no response at all. all i want is a refund of £14.95 and a code that is valid.

Update: 04/17/2013

this companies website seems to be up and running again, i have sent them another complaint but doubt i will hear anything back from them.
