Sprint cell bill showed $9.99 charge effective 3-16-13 by Remo Media - Crazy Alerts! I never ordered this. Called Sprint to have it removed! Hoping charge will be removed. Sprint said some notices require us to respond NOT to sign us up for something - so if we just delete, the company signs us up....
