Beware of the this company, they talk a good talk, but if homeowners have no knowledge of this company and we the clients of this company are supposed to send out letters to these homeowners on their behalf??? When it should be the other way around. That's too fishy. That calls for a RED FLAG. Everything that everyone on here has complained about is true. They do make you go through this process of mailing out letters to homeowners that have no clue what the letter means is true. You pay a $199 fee for what they say is when you are serious about taking over the mortgage payments, they use the money to do a title search. Why would you have to pay upfront instead of when you do the actual paperwork? When I found out that they were a scam, I called my bank right away and emailed the company for a refund as their company was closed for the day. My bank told me that the account that my $199 was charged under was for a books and magazine market account??? RED FLAG THERE! Nothing about homes or foreclosures. My bank was able to get my money back. I learned my lesson, those of you out there researching, please learn from mine.
