EXACTLY THE SAME AS THIS

My problem with them is 2 things. First, the 10 day cancellation time is way too short. Considering the time it takes to receive the product and you get time to try it, no way you can do it in 10 days, especially if you don't live in a major city. Although this is sneaky business it's probably not illegal and my negligance cause the problem. BUT
Secondly, and most importantly,I did not order the 2nd packet which was included with the Trial packet. This was how I incurred the $78.41 charge to begin with and it was sent without my permission or knowledge. This has to be against the law, as well as being unethical/immoral. I called my bank, SANTANDER Bank and they said go on line and cancel then email the company. I could not cancel as it did not recognise me as a customer and they emailed me to say phone them which I know is a premium number and will cost me a fortune, to see if I am eligable for a refund.
Can someone help me? Thank you and God Bless you if your able to resolve this!!! Sincerely,

Julie
