paid £14.95 for 500 microsoft points which have never materialised. They have not responded to any emails. An obvious scam. I am concerned that they have my card details.

make sure you contact your bank when the transaction appears on it, they should be able to help protect your details.
i have the same worries as you, feel sick as a dog for being scammed. -
