I have been getting harassing phone calls from said "Freedom & Associates" regarding a payday loan taken out with "Mass Street Group." I have been getting phone calls saying that I have committed fraud, they're going to take me to court, etc, etc. They have called my parents, my brother, my brothers girlfriend, my boyfriend and now my job. For the life of me, I have not been able to find out where this MASS STREET GROUP loan has come from. I know that I never applied for anything with them or did business with them. I have been racking my brain trying to figure out a way to get these people to leave me alone. I'd been doing research after research to try to locate SOMETHING other than a COMPLAINT regarding Mass Street Group and I couldnt find ANYTHING... until today. Anyone who is being harassed by Mass Street Group or a debt collector representing a Mass Street Group Debt Collection, PLEASE FOLLOW THIS LINK http://www.corp.ca.gov/ENF/pdf/2012/Mass_Street_Group_DR.pdf This link is a copy of Mass Street Group being in Violation of California Financial Code Section 23005, subdivision (a). It states in the court documents that, "Mass Street Group has NO RIGHT to collect or receive any amount provided and are hearby ORDERED to immediately return any amount and all charges and fees that Mass Street Group directly or indirectly received for these transactions."

I will be sending this to the Florida Commission (where I currently reside) because this needs to stop. I recommend anyone who is being harassed by these people, do the same.
