I took car i to this Acks Auto repair. They 'fixed' right axle. Ran it on hoist, no leaks. Drove it home. The next day, little trans fluid. This Sunday about 2 quarts. Took it back to Ack Auto; he closed , no aswer. Police, city inspector there. Gates locked no employees. Went to Hundyai dealer to get it fixed correctly. Turns out Acks Auto put in wrong axle( was to small). Complained to Owner. He says I can only get store credit. IE tires, oil change. Is there I have to get my money back ?
