We were given assurances both in 2 home presentations and on their website that ONLY FULL TIME PROFESSIONAL 24 MOVING EMPLOYEES would be actively involved with moving us from San Diego CA to Cape Coral FL. Instead they used inexperienced hired day help both in San Diego and Cape Coral to move our belongings. They also breeched their contract by not using their own moving vans as presented to us but sub contracted this move out to a sub-contractor who could care less about our precious belongings and said by his own boastful account to my wife anf I that we were one of 19 stops / pickups along the way and that he felt he was grossly underpaid for our move..treating our belongings as such. We experienced extensive damages because of these hacks that promised to re-pack our things when moving them temporarily to a warehouse which they never did as evidenced by the extensive damages totaling $1900. They purposely did not cooperate with the BBB which forced the BBB not to be able to arbitrate according to what the BBB told us which we found strange and unreliable on the BBB's side. We would never hired these slacks from the beginning hafd we known of their misleading and unscrupulous way of lying and doing business.

DO NOT use these people and DO NOT use the BBB moniker of assurance as a basis for your decision as they truly do not want to upset any of their PAYING clients and have to arbitrate against them as they and 24 Moving professes will happen if there is a disput. Absolutely discusting!!
