I too have been a victim of the massive scam of this company who's only aim in life is to steal money. It happened for me by way of answering a questionaire that popped up on the computer screen, the reward was a free sample of activcollagen. I'll admit I was pleased I'd won and they even say in their email to you Congratulations! Now no company I've ever bought products from has ever said congratulations with an exclamation mark after. It implies, as it's very presence there suggests, that you've won a prize.This is how they operate this is exactly what they want the unpresuming on - liner to think Ahh I've won a prize when in fact they haven't but they are in fact just about to be scammed by giving their bank/credit card details for postage and packing.The harsh reality is that they are just about to be looped into a scam that there is no end to. I have had money taken out of my account that I really, really, couldn't afford to lose to low life like these. I was asked only to pay postage and packaging of £2.95 and that would be all.It was only when they started to steal money from my account that I realized I'd been scammed. I've tried to phone it's unobtainable, tried emailing with the distress they have caused me and to say I never ordered any product from them and never want to hear of them ever again apart from getting my hard earnt money back.I think that's gone into their account and my fear now is that they'll try their sister companies to steal more money. Why oh why isn't this company that's basically stealing vast amounts of money from people's accounts being stopped by the FTS. Surely someone somewhere can stop these thieves it's out of the hands of ordinary people.
