Their telephone number comes up listed as a Cloud Number 866-224-5207, which also serves as their fax number. You will never get a person directly. They always call you back after you leave a message. They required my banking info, ss #, and debit card number. They request money is sent through Western Union to a person - at a cost of $65.00. They will email you with an offer if you are seeking any type of financial assistance.
