I have been a customer of Warner Cable, Comcast, Xfinity since the 80's. I have never had so much trouble with Comcast billing since there was our local police involved with a Comcast charge at our bank in the past a few years back. There has been ongoing incidents off and on since. I think I made the mistake and paid a charge at least one time before these limits were set and it has been trouble for me every since.

I have gone through technicians helping me set up pin numbers and blocking their Paid Per View channels, supervisors setting up limits for $3.00-$0.00 and somehow without my knowledge, the limits get upgraded to $300.00. A few customer service representatives told me that this limit ($0.00 and/or $3.00 a limit that is lower than most Paid Per View orders)has to be done monthly. A few supervisor says this is not true. Technicians says I should not have this problem once they block Paid Per View on their system. Yet these charges are still happening. I have been getting some credit back on this because supervisors have seen where the limits have been setup on previous months. Now, the last straw was when it was set again last month for the unteenth time, a customer representative tells me that we, Comcast can not be giving me credit every month. My rebuttal is if a company is so big in technology like they are, why can't they have a setup to work like they say they can do to prevent me loosing time and monthly like this. Though it may be a way to keep their employee employed, or a hacker to make me look like I am crazy or don't know what I am saying, I do not like this at all. This has caused family conflicts and a lot of stress.
