In crainslist advertised for a three bed room home to rent for $600.
The above person emailed us and said that the yard is cared for i.e grass is mown weekly, that credit does not have to be too bad just looking for evictions if there are more than 2 then she will not rent.
Sounds too good to be true. No address or telephone number given she said that she does not show the house online or give an address because too many people kept showing up and disturbing the neighbors.
