To Whom It May Concern:

Complaint / Request Refund or Replacement
Order Number: 41139774

After Several attempts the last 4 days calling 1-931-815-7333,
1-203-857-3800 and 1-888-215-6468 and being put on permanent hold, I am writing to inform you of the order I received.

Tomato Factory 0005 – Received 3 black plastic bags with holes in the bottom, two twist ties taped to the bags and no waterproof flexible container to put them in.

Live Super-size Tomato Special 0017 and
Live Classic Early Italian Black Eggplant 0030
Were dead as door nails, do to the fact of them being left on my porch in the middle of a snow blizzard. In the future please note you don ‘t ship live tomato plants or eggplants to Colorado in April.
It looks like you ripped me off for $24.94.

I hope the other plants and seeds on this order are ok, however I would like to hear from somebody before any further action is taken.

Sincerely,

William N. Rees
