I transfer the money for the ticket to Cheap Flight Deals,Agnese Tucina Co and did not receive it.No one ansvered the phone or replay to emails.I dont know how to return this payment.I made the transfer from American express account,but they can not help me because it was not direkt payment for purchase by credit card.Please advise me what to do in this(Personal Information Removed)
