This is a scam company that preys on small business trying to expand their marketing and pretending to be a long standing, reliable company yellopages.com. IT IS NOT! Yello-pages-america.com sends out a form pretending that additional information is required with yellowpages.com, but in fact it's not. It is a scamming technique used to be able to charge an exorbitant amount of money. This will be reported to all the agencies. I've sent letters requesting to remove this balance and they have been "denied" because it does not meet their guidelines for cancellation. It's been a year in this matter.
