I rec'd a email from my sister stating i need to order these Raspberry Drops-found out that she never sent the email-she was hacked. To late for me I already placed a order 1/8/13 with [email protected] 11:pm with a order #26272890 credit card was billed rec'd a email 1/10/13 2:19am from [email protected] with transaction details on behalf of hydrocol+16502495267 1-386-518-3073 Raspberry Ultra Drops 2-bottles-4oz Clinical Grade 30 day program $109.94 on 2/6/13 I called Carmela 1-503-205-2298 & sent emailed stating I wanted to return the product & get a 100% Guarenteed Money Back 2/8/13 4:21am Ms Nancy [email protected] emailed send product back with tracking # to Fulfillment Center (010)PO Box 30816 Salt Lake City, UT 84130 and they would issue refund immediately 3/7/13 2:444am Nancy ([email protected])said she needed a copy of receipt number & proof of shipping required to facilitate refund & domcumentation purposes 3/7/13 I replied-sent pkg 2/13/13 which was rec'd by them 2/15/13 6:15am Tracking #110403393044348755 & attached picture of USPS receipt 4/20/13 11:42am I emailed Nancy with all the emails she had sent in regards to what she had requested for the refund and asked why I have not rec'd it and why will no one answer the phone 1-503-205-2298 when I call-I have complied with all of her request PLEASE contact my by phone or email 4/20/13 Ms N Holmes [email protected] 8:30pm replied As it's our company policy we will be refunding you your full amount $109.94 LESS 50% = $54.97 Do confirm that we can make the refund out to your card on file 4/22/13 2:50pm I replied to ([email protected]) stating that on the purchased website [email protected] the advertisement read "100% Money Back Guarentee" I want a FULL REFUND! 4/24/13 5pm I sent this last message to "ALL" 5 "DIFFERENT" email addresses that I have rec'd from them [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected]
