I was told by the post office that changing my address online was a simple process so I went home and searched change of address on the internet. I clicked on the first link that came up which was made to look like it was affiliated with USPS. I filled out the requested information, submitted my information and was sent an email my address change was complete. I later noticed I was charged almost $20 for the address change and then realized the scam. Further, I submitted my request on April 4th and as of today, April 25th, I have yet to receive my mail.
