My business received a fax from Yellow pages america, roughly a year ago. A person in the office that worked here at that time, thought the fax was for our yellow page listing and signed the paper and faxed it back. This employee did not have permission to sign and send back, so when the owner called to cancel this contract, they sent us a "cancellation form". We filled out the form and emailed it back to this company and never had a reply. We continually get invoices in the mail stating we owe $1,288. This is a fraud, and we refuse to pay this amount. I hope that people make the smarter decision and do some research on this "company" before they sign into a contract of fraud.
