I switched from ATT to Comcast Xfinity in Jan. 2013. I wanted to keep my phone number. In April it was brought to my attention that when ATT customers call my number they get a recording saying this number is no longer in service. I have called NUMEROUS times starting April 15,2013 and phone still not fixed. Comcast blames ATT and ATT blames Comcast. Comcast tells me there is no problem with my line. I had someone else with an ATT phone line call my number again yesterday and got the same recording saying my phone number is no longer in service. I just want it fixed with no more run around from comcast or ATT. This has obviously been going on since January and is unacceptable. I don't want to have to go through the hassle of changing my service again as it has been a NIGHTMARE.I don't know which company is worse ATT or Comcast Xfinity!!!
