I called their phone number to ask questions about my balance statement and asked what the charges were for. It was on old purchases sometime the end of last year. I paid it off and my paypal account was zero. I checked my balance in March 6 of this year of 2013, and again this past week and it still reads $0.00 USD but they keep sending me letters to pay for the purchase which adds up to $26.00 USD. The operator than asked for my credit card information and bank account information. I didn't give it to him because I knew that's not something you're supposed to do. I believe I am being scammed to pay for this bill again and I want them to stop sending me these letters and emails to pay for it. I also cannot unregister my account with them because they say it's not registered, yet they can send me emails about my balance when I can't check it on "bill me later's" website. I just want them to stop sending me these bills and making me pay them when I already have before.
