I have default judgment on USA Supreme on 4/2012 for fraud and breach of contract. I was talked into a distributorship in 11/2010 and also an advertising mailout which they would never verify. I saw that they had a bad reputation on the internet and promptly resigned. They would refund nothing. This has gone on until the small claim in NV. The problem is locating them as they are ostensibly a scam. They had offices in Phoenix. The holding co. is prime time marketing in Tempe. The CEO of USA Supreme Tech was Phillip D. Smith who is also listed as the business agent for prime time. He lives in Tempe. He may live also in Reno. Mr. Paul Dickenson was my contact at USA - Phoenix. They may be eentirely out of business or under another name in the same scheme.

I will pay anything wherein I get something back equal to or less than $6,400 the awarded damages by the court.
