Searched for an investment program to join . Found Silver Investment Capital looked ok showed to be 10 years in business. Sent money through Western Union to Liberty Reserve to set up account. Web still says Starter plan to be $500 to $10000. After paying western union and Liberty reserve to get the money to their account They said the program was closed April of 2013 . I sent the funds in around April 15th 2013. They then sent me an email stating that I needed to send them an additional $9900 dollars because that program was closed and now it takes $10500 to enter. In addition they also said if I could get them 10 people to send them $10500 they would let me in with the $521 deposit. Well they moved further to say they would not send my funds back to Liberty Reserve and there was nothing else they could or would do. Today April 28 , 2013 at 9:30 AM the site still has the Starter Program posted with investment of $500 to $10000 as required investment .
