Microsoft xbox live began duplicate billing my discover card and my son's visa at the same time last may 2012. My son had an xbox live account with Microsoft; he moved out and notified Microsoft to change the billing card from my discover to his visa. Not only did Microsoft change the card on the account and start billing it monthly, they also continued to bill my discover. After dozens of requests to stop and a year worth of filing for disputes with my discover, Microsoft still continues to bill both credit cards each month. These are fraudulent charges which are essentially charging 2 people for one account. After changing my discover number, Microsoft underhandedly did an "autocode" to find the new account number and started to bill it again. When I have had discover put blocks on Microsoft, they change the billing name to bypass the block. This has been done 3 times in the last year. Microsoft will not allow me to talk to a live person without an active account, but yet they still keep billing my discover card.
