This is a scam site. I got a call from them claiming my PC had sent an error message to Windows servers and they were responding to the call. I figured it was a scam as I have a Mac. i strung the guy along for about 20 mins before telling him to get lost. He was not very bright and did not suspect me even though i told him I was using Safari as my browser and could not see a windows key on my keyboard. An official windows site notes it as a scam.
