I ordered 2 pots of these tablets Mizulean & Puracleanse on 5/2/13, at an offer price of 1.49 it did not say for pp it just said trial offer of £1.49, so I sent for them they arrived on the 16/2/2013 & I thought that the 14 day trial started from then,but on the 21/2/13 I found out that they had taken another £69.95 for each of these pots a total of £169.90 which I had not agreed to at all. when i called them I was talking to someone a lady (if that is what you can call her) she had such a very rude manner & told me that the 14 days started from the day that i ordered them I said but it took nearly 11 days for them to arrive so how can I possibly know if they are going to work or not in that short of time she told me that is not my problem & also said the £69.95 was for the next months course of which I said if this price had been written on the advertisement then I would not have ordered them but it was no where to be seen even in the Terms & Conditions. after s while trying to explain things to me she then offered me some beauty products free of charge for the miss understanding I then said how can they be free if you are not going to give me my money back for the pills I have received.
THIS IS NOT A COMPANY THAT WANTS TO HELP YOU THEY ARE DEFINITELY A SCAM COMPANY and should not be allowed to trade. Has anyone tried with success to get their money back if so please can you let me know thank you .
