There was an ad in the thrifty nickel about renting to own your own home. My husband call and was told that they could help us to purchase a home all we needed to do was to send them $199.00 dollars and they would place a site on the internet for us to look at property.We found a couple of houses and called and asked when we could go by and see the houses. We were told that WE needed to send letters to the owners and let them know we were interested in their property. They never done anything at all. We lost our $199 dollars and never heard from them again.
